Polishing

Over time, jewellery faces knocks and scrapes that can leave it looking a little worse for wear.

Hand cream, antibacterial hand gel, and soap can form layers on the back of any stones making them look dull and lifeless. When some jewellery is left unworn for long periods of time, it can even tarnish – this is particularly true of silver. So if you find a piece of jewellery that you want to wear again but that isn’t looking it’s best, if you have a special event coming up, or if you just feel your jewellery is looking a little less sparkly than it used to, please bring it to us for a polish.

We also offer a rhodium plating service; all white gold is coated with a different metal called rhodium to give it the same bright white colour as other silver-toned metals. After time, this plating can wear off and need replacing. Our polishing service will leave your jewellery looking like new again.
